I have worked in the BPO industry for a total of 5 years. I've worked with some of the great companies recognized in the United States such as The Sharper Image (as Marketing Associate), Washington Mutual (as Financial Adviser), JP Morgan and Chase (as Financial Adviser), and eBay North America (Representative and Supervisory level Team Leader). More recently, I have experience being a Virtual Assistant for over 9 years now working on Admin tasks, Product Sourcing (via Amazon, Overstock, Walmart, Wayfair etc... to be listed on Ebay or Amazon) Title Creation for listings, Responding to Customer Inquiries / Customer Service Concerns, Content Creation, Proofreading, Data Entry, Online Research, Data Scraping, Cold Calling & Writing Product Reviews.
I am very willing to undergo training and learn how to utilize software or programs to meet the business needs of my respective employer.
I understand that what most employers are looking for are experienced and knowledgeable staff straight out the gate but, only through teaching, guidance and experience can an inexperienced "noob" like myself progress and improve my quality of work.
