Profile Description

I have two decades of gaming experience based on different types of platforms (Family Computer, Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Game Boy, Nintendo Dual Screen, PlayStation I & II, PlayStation Portable, PC Games, and Android Games) and in different kind of genre. I am very sophisticated in technology as a person. I have worked as a computer technician for several years in a hospital and in an internet cafe. I know computer very well as I was trained in school and was sharpened by experience over time. The other expertise that I have developed is Microsoft Office tools, particularly, PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel, and have developed the skills in using macros to save time. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative on Video Activation in Comcast for one year, and was trained to provision and troubleshoot cable and internet. I have sharpened my communication skills, both verbal and written; and accuracy in diagnosing
common issues like internet troubleshooting, software and hardware installation and troubleshooting.
I also have vast knowledge about home networking. All in all, I am a highly trained and qualified computer technician who could cater to your technical needs.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
