Profile Description

I was connected before with a US base research and development company.
I was hired first as a data entry specialist. Entering customer orders in a system.
After a few years I was given the chance to level up my responsibilities and job level.
I was assigned as Customer Management Specialist. Responsibilities for this job position is more on communicating
with customer through emails and phone calls. Familiarizing the logistics and warehousing and product set up are part of my responsibilities. With this background, I was qualified to apply for the Product Availability Date Specialist position after almost three years as customer management representative. My main responsibility is to make sure that the product is available and communicate it to customer management representative so they can communicate to customer. I am coordinating with product planners and warehouse managers.
