Profile Description

I have always enjoyed doing a web research because I can learn a lot from it! I do not confine to what I can just learn from books. The more references I have, the more knowledge I can get and apply to my current work.
In regard to administrative work, I was my kids' father personal secretary. He was a Bank Manager and being as such, he was strict, organized and systematic that he doesn't allow a half baked work. I have learned a lot from him when it comes to proper attitude at work, commitment to excellence at all times and loyalty to employers.
For the customer service field, I was an Email/Chat Representative for an online game who have dealt with serious and even weird players around the world. I am very grateful of my innate patience and being a warm and kindhearted person, I have never been mad at any one of them although sometimes there were abusive players but I just tell myself to understand what they feel because they won't be like that if they can just play without a lot of
problems in their game. They just want to
have fun
and not to be stressed instead when they sit and go online.
And currently, I am a Technical Support for an ADSL account. I am not yet an expert but this is one of my fascinations, to be able to understand and learn how to solve internet problems--although I was only thinking
for self use before. Nonetheless, I feel lucky to be able to acquire some basic knowledge on how it works.
