I've been exposed to Accounting works for 11 years doing payroll and payables of mandatory benefits and computation of taxes. Also prepares sales invoice and ensure that all statement of account are sent to clients on time. Acts as a Petty Cash Custodian ensuring that no personal cash advance is allowed.
Ascertain that all cash advance are liquidated within 48 hours and all receipts are attached to the liquidation form summary. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
And then after working for 11 years in a manpower sector, I've tried working on a BPO as a travel Process Associate, where I booked reservations for clients . Assist clients in finding travel plan for their needs
Aid clients with reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations. Book domestic and international reservations for air travel,
Secure new client sales and retention through customer service provided.
Monitor and sort global distribution system (GDS) queues (or similar program) to maintain quality control.Stay educated on airline rules, regulations and current affairs. Provide alternatives for customer travel.
Currently, I am working as an Accounts Payable Analyst
where we Maintain
vouchers for all processes and record all invoices. Coordinate with various departments and maintain records for account payables and receivables. Monitor all invoices and accounting issues, resolve any escalated issues for same.
Maintain records of all transactions and update it.
Provide appropriate code to all invoices and match it with appropriate batching orders.
Perform other basic clerical duties associated with accounts payable recording of amounts due, verification of invoices, and calculation of discounts. Sends email to vendor/buyer regarding invoice status.
Entertains telephone queries from vendor regarding invoice status.
I have a strong knowledge in using other systems like SAP, Infinium & Passport, also in doing spreadsheets, Micrososft Word, Peach tree & Quickbooks
