I have been in the sales industry for a total of 3 years now. My previous job was a travel adviser. In addition, I have worked mostly on talking with people on the corporate side (helping them set their meetings, vacations, etc.)
I have learned through my experience how to build rapport to customers whom you speak for the first time through phones. It helped me how to have a good sales approach so I can make the sale.
