Profile Description

I am extremely dependable and diligent because I can work with minimal supervision. I always make sure that I adhere to policies and guidelines given by my superior. I have organizational skills and much attention to detail. I check and review on the detailed instruction to ensure that once work is done, there is no room for rejection. I am good in researching and data gathering that leads to resolving someone's concern or problem. I am fast learner and very open to changes and diversity. I am willing to undergo training and research to become an effective employee. Some may find it hard and challenging but for me, it is what helps a person become more productive and efficient.

Aside from these qualities, it is also very important that I have worked with foreign clients, and been comfortable with their culture and traits. I worked with several BPO companies dealing with Americans and Australians thru the phone and email, may it be inbound or outbound.

Lastly, I do believe that I will be excellent in this job because this is what I really wanted, to work from home. My long-term goal is to have a highly rewarding and challenging career at the same a healthy work environment where I can utilize my skills and knowledge efficiently.
