Profile Description

I used to work as a telemarketer for almost 3 years for US telco companies. Aside from calling prospective clients and making sales, part of my job was lead generation wherein I collect information. I have a very good skill on looking up information like addresses, contacts, and names. For my sales skills, I consider it above average.
I've also work as a customer service representative. I resolve customer's concern in a timely manner and do follow up work time to time. I collaborate with other teams and do proper documentation.
As a licensed nurse, I have a strong knowledge in healthcare and medical terms. I can also do medical transcription although I don't have any experience at it.
I have good skills on microsoft excel and microsoft word. I can also write short articles and blogs. I am fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
I am driven, resourceful, can work under pressure, and I always make sure that I do quality job.
