I have been working in the call center industry for a few years now and i am pretty much confident that when it comes to customer service or support I know I can handle the pressure. My call center job experience trained me to become effective in building rapport to the customers, though my job descriptions involves billing disputes, customer care, basic trouble shooting, and tracking orders I am confident that other customer service jobs ; I will be able to perform. I also have a work experience working in a non government organization as a Community Volunteer ( CBMET Chairman) , with this job it was my duty to ensure that the sub-project is following the work time frame, it is also my job to look out for the materials which are being use in the project as well as monitoring the cash flow. Therefore; I can say that I have skills in planning, computer literate and customer service.
