I graduated with a BS degree in Psychology. Thus, made me pursue my career in Recruitment. Currently, I have more than six years of experience as a Recruiter, with the first four years spent as an HR professional in Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Compensation, finding highly qualified candidates, pursuing entry level to mid-management and some executive-level positions for various employers in diverse industries and assisting various activities in Compensation and Employee Relations. Given all the experiences I gathered in this field, it honed my skills and gave me better knowledge of the whole process. I have the drive for developing business relationships with candidates as well as with the employers. I also have experience in learning and excelling new technologies as needed in the job. I consider networking and creativity the key to professional and personal growth.
