I only graduated from High School and I don't have any college experience or background. But what I lack in educational level attainment, I compensate w/ experience and a wide-array of skill set. I have 8 years of call center experience and an additional 3 years doing odd jobs. I've been an agent, a quality coach, a team manager, product trainer and an account manager. My communication skill's above average and I'm used to handling irate US or UK based clients.
