Profile Description

I started my training at a local radio station called y96 fm, my job there is to compile or sort the music files through their genre, know the hottest songs for playlists or countdown and download the latest singles of the most popular artists to introduce their new sound to the public for listening. I was also lucky enough to be handled by one of the dj's in the radio station as their trainee to talk on air and do tandems for a radio program. I was offered a project by our school administrator to organize a pageant in our school called Ms.STI Ozamiz, and when the event became a huge success, i was very lucky to be given a chance to be the assistant director of Red Rose Jaycees Bikini Open 2005, i choreographed the contest from the presentation of the candidates to the music being used in the event and that was a ginormous local event, visited by prominent people i our society and was a success. Then when i graduated last 2006, i was able to work in a research firm in Cebu City called Western Wats Phils. now called Opinionology, we do surveys there, we do outbound calls, calling households in the USA to get there opinions about the specific project we are handling at the moment, since the projects vary every time it gets completed. Then come the year 2007, i got employed by Convergys Phils. where i got the experience to handle customers of different kinds through the Sprint account, a postpaid telecommunication company in the USA, we cater to their needs of operating the phone by walking the customer through, giving them instructions on what to do to solve their problems and inquiries. We also do first time activations of new plans and phones, then programming them in order to work. After catering to their needs, we also proactively upsell new products or features for them to enjoy and for their convenience in addition to their account by offering them the benefits they will be gaining by adding the said feature or product. We also handle their bills, from inquiries of why their bill is the way it is and also giving them adjustments when needed. After my employment with Convergys, i went home and rested for a year, then came back in 2009 and got employed by Eperformax with the account of a well established bank Chase. We handle credit card department of Chase, we also cater to new applications of credit cards, we do credit checks, and explain to them each and every detail of the bill and the computation of it. We also give adjustments if needed and extensions as well. Under the eperformax employment i was able to attend the what they call as Perform conference where we taught strategies to be more effective and be motivated to do more and perform more for the job. I can really say i was polished work wise and attitude towards work wise when i was employed by eperformax. In addition to those experiences, i am also great leader in handling projects in order to finish it on time and also I'm an internet savvy so it makes me very interested in any researches within the scope of the internet. I'm also familiar with music editing and mixing, i have a software called wavepad editor, its just a simple tool for music editing and I'm already able to do a lot of things in it, so you could just imagine when i get a hand of a professional music editor software. In addition to that, i also do a lot of amateur composing from poetry's to lyrics. I'm also good at taking pictures, its one of my hobbies to do so and im getting better at it, though i don't have any professional background of it. Right now, after six long years of working experience from different fields, i decided to look for an online job where i can be very effective and be able to contribute to the company's success and be able to build a strong, stable and long lasting working relationship with the company. I need a company who knows and sees the effort, integrity and dedication being given by the worker to his job. I am very flexible and highly trainable if needed and i can work with less to no supervision at all as long as im given with the proper and correct yet accurate instructions on what to do for me to be able to do my job and be effective in it.
