Profile Description

I used to work in a government agency for more than seven (7) years and four (4) months and I did the administrative jobs and clerical jobs. Since I am dealing with taxpayers, I learned how to be patient and was able to apply good customer service skills. I entertained the needs of the taxpayers whether via phone or personal and answered queries regarding their transactions. I was also assigned in Legal Division and learned how to make legal forms and did a lot of researching about any legal issuance, rulings and any other tax basis. In addition to that, I am also good in MS Office, making presentation by using Powerpoint and Movie Maker and internet researching.
I am very willing to learn, be trained and excel more.
