Profile Description

I am a Customer Service Representative expert by profession and worked with American companies such as AT&T Global Communications, JustFab and Fabkids.
I had been in the BPO industry for almost 14 years now where my patience, understanding, marketing and customer service skills has been honed. English is my primary way of communication both in verbal and written. I am driven and results oriented, and I manage my time and projects wisely.
I used to work as a sales and billing specialist and also as a fashion consultant agent. Awarded in appreciation for being consistent in my performance and achieving my targets. And also, got an Executive club Award for the achievement of delivering great client service and embracing teamwork.
I also worked as a Team Lead for several accounts, where in I handle a team and conduct training and do 1 on 1 coaching to all of our agents and employees. I also had a background on business transcription and experience in handling escalated / non escalated calls with up-selling, telemarketing, troubleshooting, database-management and providing solutions in any area of training and online promotional items.
I’m hard working as I always put a lot of effort into what I do. I’m always motivated, and love doing what I’m tasked to do and I always make sure that I provide the best that I can be. My real strength is my attention to detail and for being a team player. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit on doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time. I’m also at best when I do collaboration with my colleagues where we exchange ideas and concepts to make our processes and work better for our employees.
