Profile Description

I used to write for our school paper back in high school so I can do article and feature writing. I used to teach English (through Skype)
to Japanese when I was in college. I am currently working as an Advanced Customer Service Representative in one of the major BPO companies here in the Philippines and I have been there for more than 3 years now. I am very good on what I do because I have learned to deal with different kind of customers over the phone. So I have good attention to detail, efficient and independent. Though I can be pragmatic and pessimistic sometimes, I believe that every problem has a solution and I intend to resolve them in as much as I can.
