As a previous technical support representative in a UK and New Zeland's account, I became fluent in speaking and understanding the English language. I was able to interact well with customers, handle their emotions and make sure that at the end of the day, all concerns would be resolved and the customer was happy. As a call center agent, I was also able to shift emotions that fast. I was able to multitask and make sure that everything was done on time. After being a techincal support representative, I also worked as a Document Control Analyst wherein my expertise on written documents was also enhanced. Some of our customers was based in United States, Mexico, Malaysia, etc.so I was still interacting with different customers and was making sure to resolve all their concern. As a document control analyst, we need to be strict in every detail. Format should be followed exactly. In this job, my MS Office skills was totally enhanced. My current job was a Junior Database
Administrator. We are two handling the database used by almost 5000 employees worldwide. As an IT, i was able to do SQL programming and database administration. I was also the one who handles all requests with regards with the system performance or if the customer encounter any error while using the system.
I can say that with all my experiences from different jobs, I would fit in any position if you would consider me. I really want to be part of the team and I can surely say that this would bring up a win-win result between the two of us.
