From my first experienced in RCBC company and I'll tell you that I have a lots of skills I learned. First is how to be perfectionist although I am not perfect. But you can minimal your mistake at work. Secondly is to work hard from under pressure. Yes it was my first job but I need to be strong, quickly learn, and have passion to work. Third is to learn new information and technology in banking industry such as computer, telephone, telefax, bills/coins counter and scan/photo copier machine.
I learned to handle multiple assignment and priorities for my better performance as well.
Aside from that I also learned from Bel Piatto Cafe And Bistro company is to how to communicate to the customer. It
was a big opportunity for me because it will enhance my communication skills and how to handle customer's problem. They give me a chance how to manage people, a power for decision making and to be part of management planning. I'll take this chance for my new skills and I have learned a lot from it.
