I have more than 4 years of experience with customer service for both voice and non-voice. I was also chosen to be part of the Complaints Team for a Telco Account for Teleperformance.
After I resigned I work with a Real Estate Agent in Hawaii and work as her Transaction Coordinator. She decided to make a living out of it so she established her company to cater transaction management to Real Estate Agents in Hawaii.
