I have worked on customer service for almost 7 years. Majority of those years are spent on Health Insurance accounts. I have experience dealing with people and their problems. Dealing with a lot of people and their problems on a daily basis developed my trouble-shooting skills and taught me how to deal with people properly and efficiently.
I like learning new things thus I read a lot. I'm quite computer-literate and knows my way around the web and a computer. What I don't know, I research and find ways to learn about. As what I have learned in customer service business, I do my job quickly, efficiently and properly. That way, things get done at the first try.
