Passion for what I'm doing and integrity at all times are the few things I've learned in working for a call center industry. I was able to enhance my abilities to use probing, listening skills, and undivided attention that support effective telephone communication. I know by heart effective approach to do extra mile task like call backs, holds call transfers, taking messages, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects. I always sound friendly by smiling all throughout the call and understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally. I can deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers effectively. And use the most appropriate words to communicate with different types of customer. Moreover, building rapport to make the customer feel that they and their concern are being taken care of.
