Profile Description

I was employed as a Customer Service Representative in one of the top banks in the Philippines for almost ten years. As a front liner, I dealt with different kinds of people and attended to their banking needs and complaints,
with patience no matter what the situation was.I was also tasked to sell the bank's poducts such as credit cards, car/housing/commercial loan and the like, I was awarded as one of the top sellers of the year in our region. While I was employed in the bank, on weekends, I am the finance chairperson of our church, I do the budgeting for the year, and oversees the in and out of our chuch' finances, made policies and guidelines on our accounting system, which up to now are being applied. After being resigned from my work when I got birth, I do bookkeeping jobs from different small companies on a part time basis, these companies entrusted their books to me as I do my work at home. Currently, I am also the finance chairperson of our church' school (we have pre school, elementary, high school and college departments), I am resposible for the monitoing of the budget of each department and the whole school. To sum up my skills, I am good at marketing as long as I will be familiarized with product that I will sell, I even do research to help me sell the poduct, I can deal with difficult clients. I can do accounting jobs, bookkeeping, payroll and even budget preparations.I can also do articles, I used to contribute some to our church monthly newsletter. Lastly, I am honest, hardwoking and very reliable employee, give me the job, the proper instruction (s) and I will do it.
