I entered and maintained accurate property data across multiple valuation company platforms while reviewing all outgoing orders to ensure client-specific and valuation company instructions were strictly followed before submission. I applied quality standards and procedures consistently across every report to minimize errors, and maximize client satisfaction. I also updated and enforced quality control standards, methods, and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure full compliance with client guidelines and company requirements.
