Profile Description

I have 2 years experience of being a Customer Service Representative (front liner) of the 3rd largest Power Utility in the Philippines, The Davao Light Power and Company. I handle different kinds of Customers with unique needs every day. I handle Power application which you are to compute first the cost estimate before inputting it to our system CCNB, have been used to hear complaints from toxic customers, provide solution to customer’s queries and arranging their payments. We are coordinated with all the Electrical Engrs. in the Company because, we assigned them the applications of the Customers. Through this experience I feel more confident that I can handle every customer interaction. Make customers feel good about themselves, the service I provide and my organization. Work more effectively with external customers, internal partners and other people in my life. Motivate customers to be pleasant and collaborative. Provide the kind of service that will keep customers coming back. Show customers that I care, through what I say and do. Choose the best approach to each customer and each situation and focus on things that are important to customers.
