Profile Description

I have worked as a Customer Care Professional for American Express for 2 years handling concerns about credit card fraud, unknown charges, payments and a lot more. It was more of like working in a bank but everything is done over the phone. As a Customer Care Professional, I am also required to up-sell new card products, insurances and supplementary cards for eligible card holders. I learned how to profile a customer by listening attentively so I would know which product to up-sell. After that, I also worked as a Customer Care Associate for Dell (computers). I was assigned to the UK and Ireland account for Dell where I handle emails from customers about their orders. I also assist them if they have any complaints or if the product is faulty or damaged. My first online job is an Appointment Setter for Spurtz (Search Engine Optimization). Although it did not last long, I was able to meet the quota set by the client which is 1-3 appointments daily. The second online job I did was a Tech Outbound Sales for Stressfree PC. I call customers who may have been experiencing problems about their computer and offer them with the bet solution. During that campaign, I learned how to use Five9 and Teamviewer.
Update: I have recently worked for WISH as a customer service representative answering tickets from users. My job was to handle their queries about their order and process a refund if necessary.
