I have been in the call center company for quite a bit. I handled an account for AT&T and Humana which are both U.S. based. My stay in these companies mold my skills in call handling ( inbound and outbound ), typing and language proficiency.I also have a knowledge in MS Office.
I can easily adapt to different roles with minimal supervision. I am self motivated and work driven. I will give my best at all times for the advancement of the company.
