Profile Description

• Provide remote support using Team Viewer / Ammy admin.
• Corrections of data within CLEANAir Express.
• Monitor and conduct a server test on our software to know if it is properly working every morning.
• Q/A our Software’s updates before deploying to our clients.
• Also provide minimal support to clients on technical problems any I.T. related such as networks, DSL, formatting, Broadband, Operating Systems and etc.
• Give the clients necessary information on their customers when needed.
• Conveyed in a reassuring manner step by step instructions to resolve application issues.
• Travel some parts of Philippines to provide on-site support to our clients if necessary.
• Configure and implement security policies such as MMC.
• Do some marketing with our software and have a demo on our prospect clients.
• Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software they are using, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections when required.
• Provide information and/or technical assistance to users concerning the maintenance of the computer network or for resolution of special problems.
• Perform a variety of technical tasks in the installation, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of all components in the computer terminal network, including distributed processing equipment and related peripherals.
• Maintain a daily log of all network hardware problems, broadband/dsl connections and their resolutions.
• Perform equipment maintenance with skill and efficiency troubleshoot and repair / replace a variety of equipment; determine cause of equipment malfunctions and makes repairs without supervision.
• Ensure that the UTP cables is always good.
