Profile Description

I am a Computer literate in MS Word and Excel. also with a year's of experience as computer maintenance personnel at Nexus Computer Service and RASI Computers Company. My studies have assisted me in gaining relevant technical skills and my employment experience in technical support has enabled me to extend my skills in the areas of communication and problem solving.
I've also work in EZ Access Health Care Company where spreadsheet is my primary responsibility. My role is to always monitor the sheets being used by the agents in outbound call and collecting it if finish, arrange the data on it and making sure the data are accurate. It includes also researching some missing info such as contacts, routing numbers and address of a certain bank. my last project was for web4retail company. my job also includes collecting data or information for a certain product that includes product name
and code, description, retail price and category.
My experience has been based around my motivation to become involved and ensure that solution are delivered effectively.
I enjoy taking the initiative to create positive outcomes for people.
