Herein applicant has an outgoing and people-oriented personality, and is flexible and can easily adjust to people and situations. Latter skills were fully utilized during her 13 months as a Human Resource Associate, which also exposed her to facilitation of administrative hearings regarding misconduct, transcription of the minutes of the meeting, and handling multiple processing of approvals. Finally, applicant has keen interest in learning more and in growing.
