Profile Description

With my degree, I had freelance experiences in lay-outing, marketing, management, advertising as well as coming up with proposals of company strategies
I worked in BPO industry for five years as a Customer Support Specialist, Email and Chat Support, Consultant, Telemarketer, Lead Generator and later on became a Senior Team Leader wherein I mastered myself on how outsourcing and BPO works. Starting from scratch up to being promoted my skills that were developed and enhanced includes:
analytical and problem solving skills
interpersonal and communication skills
customer service skills
multitasking skills
company and people management
organizational skills and attention to detail
knowledge in computers (MS word, excel and powerpoint)
I am also a fast learner and flexible whenever the job requires it. I don't settle for just an "okay" result rather, I always make sure that it will end up to a win-win situation.
