I've been a staffing coordinator for Theramax Therapy Services that is based in Houston, TX for a year now. I'm very well experienced in using Kinnser Software and Goggle Map, I also know how to use basic MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. My main duties are to receive inbound and do outbound calls, help schedule therapy visit for the therapist(s), responsible for coordinating all necessary matter between therapist(s) and patient(s), in-charge in responding e-mails and serve as the front-liner of the Staffing Coordinator Department.
Prior to my job now I also worked as a personal secretary of the President and General Manager of one of the oldest Department Store in Davao City, Philippines.
