I've work with Bpo industry for different account or Line of business, Most of my experience is Sales, I've sold a lot of different things/service over the phone and i can say that i did pretty well.
In short I've spent most of my Call center experience as a telemarketer. I've also work with one of the biggest Travel website in US as an online travel agent. I am knowledgeable in making Flights, Hotels and Car reservations not just in US but worldwide which i loved because i really love to
travel and being a travel agent give you that feeling that even though you are not there physically but having knowledge about that place is like you've been there already. As you can see I've spent most of my career working with a US based company so i can also say that when it comes to interacting with customers or clients i am confident that I am quite qualified. Also i took up Computer Systems design and programming in college that is why I have basic knowledge about programming.
