I am currently connected to a customer service BPO, which is I believe my forte - dealing with different types of people.
I have not worked in any company that involves writing but I love writing poems and short stories.
I am very particular with grammar, although I am not saying that I am really 100% good at it, I just know when somethings is wrong most of the time.
I may not have the work experience that this job is requiring, but I am very much willing to learn.
I may have basic knowledge in computer program usage, like editorial and desgns, but I am a fast learner.
