- Thorough understanding of Global Audit Methodology.
- Exposed on documentation of accounting policies and business processes which includes identifying risks and developing internal controls to mitigate these risks.
- Adept in Financial Reporting (i.e. preparation or review of stand-alone and consolidated Financial Statements).
- Extensive experience in operational accounting and competent knowledge in local taxation.
- Very keen to details but ensures that deadlines are not compromised.
- Ethical and logical thinker.
- Can be trusted with highly confidential information.
- Self-starter and a team player.
- Has an effective business communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A leader with strong sense of personal accountability and greatly values the doctrine of command responsibility.
- Experienced user of MS Navision, SAP B1, Essbase, Lawson, and Workiva.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, and particularly to MS Excel.
