I am a native English speaker with a Bachelor's degree in Speech. This degree helped me to refine my repertoire, allowing me to be just as comfortable servicing clients in person or over the phone as I am transcribing documents for a variety of needs.
Aside from my Bachelor's degree in Speech, I have real world experience that has been instrumental in my professional development. I have presented material in front of large crowds, provided personalized customer service in multiple environments, both high pressure and casual, and written a variety of documents ranging from official letters for notarization and immigration declaration to humorous speeches or articles for newspapers.
I am adept at Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype, and various web browsers. I am also familiar with personal branding and am very aware of the importance of a positive image in social media. I have experience in blogging and currently maintain a presence on both Facebook and Twitter.
