Profile Description

I had worked at one of the most prominent Call Center Companies here in the Philippines and worldwide for four years. In that duration, I had developed my ability to deal with people with varying personalities and concerns that range from inquiry, sales and billing to technical support and retention. I have become more confident, empathetic and patient with difficult customers, better at intently listening, probing and carefully communicating policies and self-help procedures, and being resourceful at seeking other possible solutions to customer concerns. I also can now better decipher English words from customers who have different accents due to the months I was assigned to make or receive calls.
I have been working online since 2013 as a Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter. I had worked as a personal assistant and scheduler for a CEO from a start-up company. I had worked for a client whose business involved SEO and Data Entry/Research on Amazon.
I had also been around computers since I was 9 years old so I am very knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, keyword search from the internet, social media, basic Email troubleshooting, navigating tools from a Windows or Mac computer and basic internet troubleshooting. My typing speed now ranges from 50 to 70 WPM with 90 to 95% accuracy too. I am still a work in progress so I always make it to a point to figure things out on my own especially on computer functions that I do not know about. I can learn very quickly especially when presented with diagrams or a detailed structure of how things work.
