iam working now as a collection clerk. i take this oppotunity to apply to use what i have learned in my current job. being a banking and finance graduate, knowledgeable about credit and collections i want to pursue this profession and to be excellent in what i love to do. i can do reports regarding account receivables, like aging - to age the receivable and how much the company may collect. as part of aging i can make report for beginnig balance up to ending. i can do monitoring format for the recevables how much the client already paid and prepare details for the unpaid. i can do follow ups for the payment thru phone calls and emails. Prepare summaries for the collection and AR for the month and also for the whole year. i can do reconciliation, make adjustment for the booked accounts. and in 5 years working in this field i can do independently the reports (no endorsement done).and iam willing to go tranings and seminar for me to earn more knowledge.
***monitoring format done manually since my employer do not have yet a system. i create this format for my ability to monitor the uncollectibles.
i am expert in using ms Excel, creating formulas and provide links for the details of the report. i can do reports in ms power point. i made videos using movie maker.
i am hardworking person, i can take over time to finish the report.
