I'm a college graduate and has worked as a customer service & sales representative in a call center for 2 years which means that I can attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. I also resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
But I also wanted to try out data entry jobs. I am very familiar with web searching, internet research, and customizing facebook fan pages.
