I used to work in call enters here in the Philippines for roughly around 8 years. I've had handled several account that has helped me to learned new thing that has helped me improved as a person and as an employee. Being in the BPO industry for this long I know that I am well equipped with the things I need to do to work on my own. One of which is multi tasking that I have mastered all throughout my years of experience.
