I am a person with strong interpersonal skills. The previous experiences I had when I was working as a customer service representative helped me develop my interpersonal skills. I’ve learned on how to deal with different people, learned to actively listen, empathize and understand their situation and come up with a good decision on how to resolve customer’s issues.
This has also improved my problem solving and decision making skills for we are entrusted with a job that requires first call resolution and it is our responsibility to resolve customer’s issue in a timely and efficient manner. I also have the ability to get along well with people, not only to customers over the phone but also to my colleagues and immediate manager.
I love learning new things and challenges that would help me develop my skills and my personality as a whole.
