I'm a Customer Support Representative for almost 4 years now. I have handled chat, email and voice support to assist customers regarding:
- Billing Concerns
- Log In Issues
- General Inquiries
- Basic Troubleshooting
I've also worked for a technical account for 3 months assisting customers with their phone.
Currently, I'm an Escalation Lead in one of the BPO Companies in Mckinley Hills, Taguig City, Metro Manila. I answer supervisory calls, assist agents, and send reports to clients/management.
