I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Development Management; however, I do not have experience yet in line with my studies.
I have been employed as a BPO nonvoice agent (billing analyst) from July 2011-January 2013, and transferred to BPO voice (collections specialist) on January 2013. I have utilized tools such as SAP, Citrix, Cisco and Avaya. I have good oral and better written communication skills. I have a typing speed of about 50wpm. I am knowledgeable in various MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). I am eager to learn new skills and expand my skillset.
