I have been working in a BPO industry since 2008. I've been an Operations Supervisor or Team Lead here in Dumaguete's leading Call Center since 2010. I have undergone Call Center trainings to enhance my call handling, management and supervisory skills. I was able to take in inbound calls for almost 2 years, handling a healthcare account wherein we assist both claims and benefits for patients and doctors. I am very well trained and experienced in taking in calls where Accuracy at the same time Customer Satisfaction is provided. Aside from that I studied at Silliman University taking up Bachelor of Arts and Science in Education Major in English.
