After graduting with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management, I was immediately hired by SuperFerry as a Front Desk Officer onboard their flagship. Manning the reception required grace under pressure. With many tasks in line, multitaking was the key to get things done. I loved the job and it showed in my hard work and dedication to the position and was thus promoted. After two years, I joined an international cruiseship as a receptionist. The scope of work increased but I was able to adjust with ease. It also entailed a deep understanding of other cultures since I had to deal with guests from Europe, UK and USA. I've also experienced working as ground stewardess of Cathay Pacific and became a Team Leader at Vivere Hotel. Customer Service is my forte. But my knwledge has also stretched into administrative tasks. I am computer literate, very organized and well versed in the English language. My motto is GROW WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED and I believe I will be an asset to any company I join.
