Had started working for call centers around 2009, worked for Stream Global Solutions(Manila; Shaw Blvd) as a Out bound support rep. for a Pioneer program. Stayed with that Company for 6 months went back to Davao and ended up getting hired by Sutherland Global Solutions as A Technical Support rep. for AT&T UVerse. I stayed with the Company for a few months and was eventually hired by Synnex Concentrix Corp. as a Technical Support rep. again for Linksys Program. Stayed with the Company for 4 years was under the Elite Team Program, we deal with Technical support & Sales as well for the program.
I would say my skills mainly deal with Technical support specializing in in-home networking; computer peripherals; and devices that deals with both wired & wireless connection thru the web.
Other skills would be customer support, can gather info. for customers as well & basic admin work.
