Profile Description

I have worked for 5 years, on and off with the BPO, contact center industry. I have worked as a technical support representative for 2 years with Influent inc. after that i worked for 2 and a half years for APAC inc, for their Medical insurance accounts as a representative taking in calls from health providers to handle and review for their medical claims. After that I worked as a Workers Opportunity Tax Credit representative for First Advantage, screening for companies if they are qualified for the WOTC program. My last job as a contact center representative was with First Source as one of their customer service representative for their Barclays U.K. account.
In between my employments on those said companies, i have worked freelance graphics for friends who do desktop publishing. Aside from that, I also fixed Personal Computers for internet shops and individuals in our area. from hardware problems and software troubleshooting. And since technology changes really fast, I tend to updated my knowledge by reading a lot and try the newer soft wares
when i have the chance.
I am still updating my skills with newer programs like Photoshop CS and 3Ds Max since i always wanted to work on animation.
I have made and written content on some websites for local companies and bands in my area using MS FrontPage.
I did a lot of creative writing back in college and was a member of our school paper, writing articles, drawing comics strips and did some laying out for the school magazine.
I am willing to work with minimal supervision and with my strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, I am a good addition in building your business.
