I have a call center experience and I've been a Customer Service Associate for 10 months. The accounts that I have handled are PayPal and AT&T U-verse. My responsibilities are assisting customers with their queries and problems through phone and e-mail. Provided prompt and courteous customer service in a call center setting, helped the customers to place new orders or make purchases easily, answered questions regarding products and services and updated and entered new customer details as per customer’s request and as per agent permission. For the technical account I've also assisted the customers in troubleshooting their internet problem (HSIA, IPDSL), IPTV Connectivity and VoIP issues, assisted customers in upgrading or downgrading their service, answered questions regarding products and services, and billing concerns.
