Profile Description

I have been working in various fields of accounting for the past 14 years. My 4 years of experience came from working as an external auditor in a local firm affiliated with one of the world’s leading firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. I have executed audits and have assisted in designing different approaches. As a Senior Auditor, I mentored and supervised associates and oversee completion of reports and interact with the clients to discuss identified issues and concerns. I’ve also finalized Philippine financial statements, tax returns, management letters and other reports due to regulatory agencies.
My last 10 years of experience came from my employment in a US based entity. I started off as the offshore Controller, but my tasks eventually evolved to being the Director of Operations managing different projects of the Company. As the Controller, I monitor and supervise day to day transactions and activities. I help establish controls and manage the reconciliations of various accounts. I also handle the management of monthly procedures which include analysis and other related spreadsheets.
On top of these day jobs that I have, I have also had experience teaching in a University and have had online jobs handling bookkeeping, research and data entry functions.
