Profile Description

• Managed Print Projects,Web Design Projects and Cloud Services
• Ensures that all new projects are properly transitioned to the project management team for implementation;
• Prepares Project Documentation, Project Business Requirement and Work Breakdown Structure
• Performs key planning work and provides direction to those performing detailed planning for a given project
• Risk Management
• Manages client/project expectations by assuring that all goals, plans and schedules are consistently followed
• Project Milestone/Deadline Monitoring
• Prepares Communication Plan
• Establishes and maintains effective control of the project work deliverables and expenses
• Control on Project Deadline and Staff Overtimes
• Oversees work traffic for each project, assigns tasks and work guidance to project team members
• Interfaces with the project sponsor(s), client(s) and third parties (suppliers and subcontractors)
• Ensures proper documentation of all projects – from start to finish
• Monitors project results to ensure that all specifications and scope of work are being met by all parties/stakeholders
• Controls changes in the project’s scope of work
• Ensures that all clients’ concerns in each project are properly addressed
• Conducts regular project review and evaluation of and with project team members
•
Ensures proper scheduling and allocation of resources
• Helps in creating a motivated project team with clarity of goals and service orientation
