Profile Description

With my years of experience on the field of medical transcription for two years, I have gained the expertise on the ways and means on the said field.
It would not be difficult to handle new knowledge and as it was on the medical field, it is a plus factor so any transcription outside the medical field, I believe it would be easier.
My understanding and my keen skills on putting audio records into documents has given chance to focus more on the details.
I also acquired the expertise on how to handle customers or clients especially irate members, how to listen, understand, empathize, and put action into their problems and sentiments by providing high quality standards with my four years of experience as a customer care support representative.
I was given enormous awards on this position by being professional, credible, diligent and a team-player.
These attitudes are I think what employers are looking for.

My years of experience as a Medical Secretary has given me the skill on how to follow orders from my immediate doctor and carry them out excellently.
My years of experience as a Physical Therapist has broaden my knowledge and has
