I used to write content articles for a website. I had to write at least 24 articles about a product I'm not really familiar with in a week for over a year. It was a challenge that I enjoyed. I get to learn things along the way. I also have a background in tutoring both on-line and in person. I believe my background in Education and skills I've adapted in handling kids and adults would be of great help when I relate with customers. I'm pretty good with MS Word and if I don't know the program I'm supposed to use, I'm very eager to learn.
